MCI has reserved a large number of rooms in various hotels in different price categories. The majority of the hotels are located in
the area of Valencia Conference Center, where the Mediterranean Congress on Emergency Medicine takes place.
Valencia attracts many tourists and hotel rooms may be limited.
Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
MCI acts as an agent for accommodation bookings and both EuSEM and AAEM accept no responsibility for recommendations
given or transactions made.

Book Accommodation

Make an online hotel reservation
Availability can be cheked through the on-line form prior to booking.
Please book before 15 June 2009 in order to guarantee your booking.

Reservation and Payment

For hotel bookings, full payment of the nights reserved is required. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the
payment that can be done by credit card or bank transfer. All extra expenses such as mini bar and telephone must be paid
directly to the hotel when checking out

Cancellations And Refunds

Hotels:
All hotel cancellations must be sent to MCI Barcelona in writing (fax, letter, or email). For cancellations received before 30
May 2009 payment will be refunded less €30 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
In case of late cancellations (after 30 May 2009), rooms cancelled, cancelled nights or no-show, we reserve the right to
charge the full stay if the hotel room cannot be re-sold.

Enquiries

Any enquiries or requests for additional information, changes or cancellations of room reservations are to be addressed
directly to MCI.

Methods Of Payment

Payment must accompany the form and may be made by:

• Credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard/Visa)
          American Express is not accepted
   
• Bank transfer:
  This method of payment is not accepted since 24th August 2009, please make the payment by credit card
